DINNER TICKET PRICES:
$10 = Adult Ages 13 & Over
$5 = Youth Ages 6 to 12 years old
(Kids 5 & Under: FREE!)

Tickets may be purchased at the August 19th Gymkhana.
After that date, tickets will be available for purchase at Little Paws Salon, 337 Front Street in Evanston, WY.
There will be a few tickets available for sale at the door, however, we do need to turn in a head count for the caterer ahead of time (by October 15th).

Don't Forget! Dinner tickets MUST be purchased no later than October 15th. Thank you for your cooperation!

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not wish to purchase a dinner ticket to eat dinner at 6pm, you may attend at 7pm for the awards & raffle/auction portion only, at no charge/FREE.

Please bring a canned food item(s) or other non-perishable item:
The club will donate all collected items to the Lord's Storehouse, after the banquet.

RAFFLE & AUCTION:

Please help support BRR by bringing a raffle or auction item to donate if possible. Thank you!
Tickets for general raffle items will be sold for $2 each or three (3) tickets can be purchased for $5.
One FREE raffle ticket is included with each dinner ticket! (Must be present to win these!)
There will be MANY wonderful raffle and auction items during the banquet,
donated by various club members and businesses, you wont want to miss out!

2017 YEAR END AWARDS QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Rider must be a 2017 BRR member in good standing.
2. Ride the same horse in all 3 patterns.
3. Ride in a minimum of 4 gymkhanas.
4. Volunteer time at a minimum of 2 gymkhanas.

ANNUAL CALL FOR NOMINATIONS & ELECTIONS!

Voting will open at 6:00 pm and will close at 7:00pm at the banquet. All 2017 Bear River Riders MEMBERS in good standing, OVER THE AGE OF 18, shall have ONE (1) eligible vote. The BRR will elect its 2018 Officers at the October 21st Banquet. Please consider nominating yourself or someone you know for a 2018 position. All nominees must be current BRR members in good standing. Officer nominations will be taken by e-mail, bearriverriders@yahoo.com until October 15th. Any new nominations will be taken at 6:00 pm for write-in candidates. (Previous nominations will be printed on the ballots) Remember, the Bear River Riders is a non-profit organization that runs solely on people that volunteer their time. Your help is needed to ensure the continued success of this club! Offices that will need to be filled are: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. See job duties below:

BEAR RIVER RIDERS BOARD MEMBERS
OFFICERS: RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

PRESIDENT

  • Preside over all BRR activities.
  • Schedule, organize and run Board meetings and General Membership meetings.
  • Post meeting notices as required, and prepare written meeting agenda.
  • Authorize other members to carry out specified duties.
  • Appoint committees when needed to look after the interests of the club.
  • Keep track of dates for different events.
  • Attend Board meetings and BRR functions.
  • Represent the BRR's interests and promote the club whenever and wherever possible.
  • Advocate Club goals.

VICE-PRESIDENT

  • Oversee sponsorships for the Club.
  • Assist with organizing Club events.
  • Assist the President when needed.
  • Assume President's responsibilities and area of authority when President is absent.
  • Attend Board meetings and BRR functions.
  • Represent the BRR's interests and promote the club whenever and wherever possible.
  • Advocate Club goals.

SECRETARY

  • Record in a book, and present if requested, the minutes of all Board meetings and General Membership meetings.
  • Maintain club historical records.
  • Handle written correspondence involving club business or functions.
  • Handle social correspondence as needed.
  • Circulate business notices, special announcements, and other information to membership, via e-mail, as needed.
  • Publicize Club events.
  • Attend Board meetings and BRR functions.
  • Represent the BRR's interests and promote the club whenever and wherever possible.
  • Advocate Club goals.

TREASURER

  • Keep financial record of the club's income and expenses.
  • Pay bills and distribute funds as needed, with authorization by the board.
  • Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement) at the end of each year.
  • Maintain balance sheets to account for gymkhana funds/deposits.
  • Prepare budgets for the next coming year.
  • Provide a current list of members to the Officers of the Club and keep track of Club membership.
  • Attend Board meetings and BRR functions.
  • Represent the BRR's interests and promote the club whenever and wherever possible.
  • Advocate Club goals.
